On Monday, 20 January 2020, we celebrate the life of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. On this day, we honor the contributions he made to the American Civil Rights movement that significantly improved our American way of life ensuring that each of us is measured by his or her character and not by skin color. The 1964 Nobel Peace Prize recipient and civil rights leader led the way to end segregation and pass the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Voting Rights Act of 1965.
