Army South works daily to integrate resources, capabilities, and activities through a whole-of-government approach alongside our U.S. and Partner Nation defense and interagency partners. Critical functions include maintaining and improving medical, logistical and engineer capabilities to ensure we are capable, resourced, and ready to rapidly deploy in response to contingency plans or natural disasters.
Army South pursues opportunities to counter threats from transnational criminal organizations, violent extremist organizations, and malign regional and external state actors.
