PISAJ an acronym in Spanish for “Programa Integral Para Suboficiales de Alta Jerarquia.” A comprehensive Program for Senior NCOs. This is a U.S. Army South-hosted, semi-annual, engagement between the U.S. and Colombia armies; designed to increase capacity and regional collaboration. PISAJ 14 also included senior NCOs from Brazil and Mexico.
