U.S., Brazilian Armies plan future training rotation

FORT POLK  –   Maj. Gen. Daniel Walrath, Army South commanding general, and Lt. Gen. Alfonso da Costa, Brazilian Chief of Land Force Preparation, signs a technical arrangement between the Brazilian Army and the U.S. Army represented by Army South concerning Brazilian participation in combined training exercise in conjunction with JRTC Rotation 21-04.
